Handmade wholemeal bread in a pan is made from different types of flour, fermented with natural liquid barley leaven, gives us a bouquet of natural flavors and aromas. With its strong craftsmanship and the fact that we offer it in a tray, it gives additional charm to the site. The thick crispy crust and the thick soft middle, combined with the fact that we present it in a tray, gives us a wider marketing range (We sell per kilogram, each consumer can decide how much to buy).
