TOASTER BREAD 

Very fine flours with low cocometry are kneaded in a very special way, usually with a little fine fat 

to get the porous, very soft  suede internal structure and thin very soft bark.

The golden or silver effect on a slice of toaster bread in the light suggests an ethereal texture

which we can achieve with the special flours, raw materials and technology that ALMA LIBRE offers.

Classic toaster bread with the classic toaster bread feature:

-dense and very fluffy internal structure, which we achieve with only 0.5% TOPBAKE NEU.

-very rich in fat to get the characteristic golden tan of the slice after toasting

and a very pleasant aroma due to the POP industries.

-with a very long durability, thanks to INVERTO SUGAR, which gives us more proper absorption

and locking the water in the product and the BACOM 100.

CLASSIC TOAST BREAD - "LIMNOS" TOAST BREAD  with "toast 10% UNIFERM"

Only 10% on the flour of the product   "BANS-BURGER- HOTDOG-TOAST 10%" UNIFERM code 210351 is enough for finished products with: -very thin soft crust -porous, homogeneous, spongy interior strong structure with elasticity  -very light and pleasant taste -healthy and aromatic result -high durability

(preservatives free)  

With "TOAST 10% UNIFERM" in combination of different flours (multigrain, wholemeal,

LIMNOS from durum wheat and others) we can get many varieties of TOASTER BREADS
